France.
My mission through this business is to provide you with
affordable computer solutions. If I can't
fix the problem myself, I will do my best to point you in
the right direction for getting a resolution.
I have over 15 years experience with computers, anything
from personal computers to mainframe systems. My roles and
responsibilities have included technical support, computer
assembly, mainframe operations, team leader, web designer,
after-hours support and trainer to name a few.
Whilst I have technical knowledge and experience in many
areas, equally as important I have over 10 years experience
in customer service roles. Working in customer service areas
has been invaluable in ensuring that I treat all my clients
with courtesy and respect. My aim is to treat my customers
with the understanding and gratitude that I would expect
from others to me.
